Rebecca Wilson Macsovits, CEO
Rebecca Wilson Macsovits is the interim CEO for Kemmons Wilson Insurance Group. She is also the Chief Brand Officer of Kemmons Wilson Companies where she supports corporate and the portfolio companies in their efforts to refine their brand, build awareness, grow sales and strengthen their employee engagement programs. She officially joined Kemmons Wilson Companies in 2013 as Regional Manager of KW Communities where she oversaw the completion of the active adult communities in Colorado.
In a prior life, Rebecca served as Director of Marketing at First Western Trust Bank where she was responsible for creating and managing the marketing and public relations programs including the development of collateral material, direct mail and a customized education curriculum for clients. In this role, she also oversaw First Western’s involvement in the community, including special events, corporate sponsorships and philanthropy. Across her time with the company, she managed the design and build-out of fourteen of the bank’s locations including the operations center and headquarters. Before joining First Western, she worked for Ambassadors International, a California-based meetings and incentives company where she developed and managed alternative incentive programs, produced financial performance reports and designed software. Dipping her toe in hospitality, Ms. Macsovits was a catering manager for Embassy Suites Hotel in Los Angeles, overseeing all aspects of business events and receptions held at the hotel.
She earned a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance and Operations from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Wake Forest University. Rebecca is married with three children and resides in the sunshine of Colorado. She’s been on the board of Kemmons Wilson Insurance Group for the last six years. Her community work involves Chair of the Board for the Denver Zoo, a member of Constellation, a philanthropic group focused on early childhood education in Colorado and organizes a team for the Step Up Walk for Down Syndrome. Rebecca also wrote a children’s book, Guion the Lion A Colorful World in the hopes of celebrating our differences as individuals.

Cindy Klatt, President
Cindy Klatt joined Kemmons Wilson Insurance Group in 1999 as an account executive. Cindy was named Chief Operations Officer in 2019 and President, August 2021. Her insurance career spans 38 years with experience in Personal lines, Commercial Lines, Large Commercial, Claims and TPA management, Marketing, Risk Management, and loss sensitive work comp. Her unofficial career is much longer as both of her parents were insurance agents in the Little Rock area. She believes in building strong client relationships and has worked literally side by side with her clients to craft custom insurance and risk management programs. While working with a wide array of businesses, her specialty lies in hospitality and resort industries.
In 2016, Cindy was recognized by the Memphis Business Journal as a Super Women in Business honoree. She served as a mentor for the Nexus Class of 2021 and graduate of Leadership Development Intensive presented by New Memphis. Her community work has involved several board positions with Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ouachita Baptist University. Her dedication to the insurance industry and her clients is evidenced by conferment of CISR, Certified insurance Service Representative, CIC, Certified Insurance Counselor, CRM, Certified Risk Manager and CWCA, Certified Work Comp Advisor designations.
Cindy and her husband Larry have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Larry is a retired educator and HS football coach and now serves as an assistant football coach at Rhodes college in Memphis. Weekends are often spent anchored in the middle of the TN river watching the sunset at Pickwick Lake.

Eric Collison, VP – National Program Development
Eric Collison joined Kemmons Wilson Insurance Group in July 2015 as the Insurance Sales Manager. Eric comes to KWIG from GCM Insurance and previously spent 8 years at Liberty Mutual throughout the southeast in commercial sales and personal lines sales management. His duties will include development and mentoring of the current and new sales force, marketing campaigns and initiatives, developing and fostering carrier relationships, and identifying new profitable areas for growth within the agency.
Eric is a graduate of Mississippi State University and earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation (CIC) in 2008. Eric serves on the board of directors for the Insurors of Tennessee representing West Tennessee. He enjoys golfing, hunting, and attending sporting events.
Eric grew up in Starkville, Mississippi. After living in several cities throughout the Southeast, he recently moved back to the Memphis area with his wife, Rivers, and their three daughters.

Chris Rogers, Vice President – Employee Benefits
Chris Rogers joined the Kemmons Wilson Insurance Group in 2016 as director of the firm’s Employee Benefits Division and serves as a member of the Executive Management team. As Vice President, Chris leads business development, client service, and compliance initiatives for the practice. His service spirit and keen ability to help his clients of various industries maximize the success of their benefits programs has earned him a loyal customer base. Since coming on board with KWIG, the Employee Benefits division has seen positive growth.
Chris’s track record of success in the industry extends over 25 years, beginning with his time as a partner with Argyle Benefits Consultants in the 1990’s. During their years together, he and his partners grew the business 14% annually until selling the company to Regions Insurance Group. Following the acquisition, Chris joined One Digital, where he opened the Memphis office and further expanded the company’s footprint. Digital experienced organic growth as well as M&A growth during this time. He then ventured out to start his own business and founded Beacon Advisors Group. It was his business’s quick success that ultimately led him to merge the company with KWIG.
Chris graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. A native of Memphis, Chris takes pride in giving back to his community and has worked in various capacities with organizations dedicated to doing just that. These include participating on the Advancement Board of the Church Health Center, teaching Risk Management classes to students of Advance Memphis, and serving as a volunteer football coach for 6 years. Chris is also committed to his local church, Independent Presbyterian Church, where he currently serves on various committees. Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors riding horses, hunting or attending football games with his wife of over 25 years, Leigh Ann, and their 2 children, Sarah Grace and Thomas.

Elizabeth E. Adams, CIC – Director of Personal Client Relationships
Elizabeth “Liz” Adams joined Kemmons Wilson in December of 2016 as a Senior Personal Lines Account Manager. Most recently, she has accepted the position of Director of Personal Client Relationships as a member of the Executive Management team. As director, she leads the personal lines division in support, risk management, service, new business development, and claims management. Since Liz has been with KWIG she and the team have grown the personal lines department by 150%.
Liz has been active in the insurance industry since 1993 when she started with her family business Voorheis/ Stevenson Insurance Agency and remained there until it was sold in 1998. In 1998 she started working as an account manager and producer for True Insurance agency in her native town of Ithaca, NY. She remained at True Insurance for 14 years and during her tenure she was part of a team that worked to convert to a “paperless” environment. Liz was also instrumental in helping the staff with training needs and coverage questions in the office. Liz enjoyed helping her co-workers whenever needed and mostly enjoyed her personal relationships with her clients. During the 14 years she served with this company she helped them achieve tremendous growth. From there, Liz continued as a personal lines account manager with Baily Place Insurance in Cortland, NY. In the 3 years she was with Baily Place, Liz was an integral part of Baily Place’s growth as they expanded into several locations throughout the area. Liz moved to Memphis in the fall of 2016 when her husband accepted a job in the area. At that time, Liz was fortunate to accept a position with Kemmons Wilson Insurance Group.
Liz graduated from Tompkins Cortland Community College, in Dryden, NY with a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. She holds her Certified Insurance Counselor designation from The National Alliance for Insurance and Education and Research.
Liz enjoys volunteering with local food pantries, homeless shelters, as well as giving time wherever needed in the local community. She has served on many insurance company service boards, as well as the treasurer for the parent teachers’ organizations where her children attended.
Liz also enjoys photography, swimming, working out, and spending time with her husband of 26 years, Jason. She and Jason enjoy visiting their 2 children Katylyn and Jeremi who live in New York City and Chicago.
