Andrew Gray, CEO
I love what I do. I am a family man first. 4 kids and an incredible wife, we are an active family and I like it that way. Business is number two, we have built a remarkable, driven, and focused team for which I have the opportunity and the responsibility to lead. In my spare time, I like action. Travel, sports, the outdoors, good food, good drink, live music, and doing it all with great friends!

DJ Steinmeyer, COO and General Counsel
First and foremost, I am a husband to a beautiful wife and a father to three fabulous kids. I grew up in a small town in west-central Nebraska (Husker Power) and went to the University of Kansas for undergrad (Rock Chalk Jayhawk). Prior to joining Virtus, I spent 4 years in consulting at Deloitte, went back to law school in Chicago and then practiced corporate and M&A law in KC and Minneapolis for 5 years which was followed by a short stint in Investment Banking. At Virtus, I am the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. We now live in Minneapolis to be close to family and I travel back to KC or the other Virtus offices every other week. I love spending time with my family, cooking, golfing and traveling (albeit the last 3 things happen much less frequently with the kids).

Jackie Hancock, CFO
I am a born and raised Kansas Citian and am the mom to two great kids and one crazy Irish Terrier. I also have a fantastic husband that I met in accounting class in college. We went to Saint Louis University and soon after moved back to KC to be near family. I’ve been at Virtus since July 2021. Prior to that I spent 10 years at what is now Cboe Global Markets and 4 years in the audit practice at Deloitte. I spend my weekends watching 5th and 1st grade basketball, trying to be a wine connoisseur, and planning our travel for post-Covid life!
